Director of Children and Youth Ministry, Columbia First UMC (Columbia, TN)8/18/2026 Columbia First United Methodist Church is seeking a personable, organized leader to serve as the director of children’s andyouth ministry - someone who is passionate about helping children, studentsand families discover they belong while empowering them to become the next generation of Christ-centered servant leaders. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful. You'll cultivate and equip volunteer leaders, create engaging spaces where young people can connect and grow, partner with parents and inspire students to live out their faith through service and community.
