Required Skills:
- High school diploma or GEDValid forklift certification and ability to operate tow motors safely
- Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and troubleshooting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or manufacturing systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Physical stamina to work in noisy, dusty, and temperature-variable conditions
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with pelletizing or extrusion processes
- Basic knowledge of PVC and non-PVC materials segregation
- Previous experience in recycling or plastics manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior manufacturing or materials handling experience preferred Experience in a similar recycling or extrusion environment is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
