About the role
Strategically leading communications and special projects, the full-time Director of Product Communications will design organizational communication flows, manage high-priority initiatives, and ensure alignment among senior leaders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
Design and own the communications architecture for the Product team, enhancing information flow and meeting effectiveness
Draft executive communications and synthesize complex narratives for leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Lead cross-functional special projects that require strategic oversight and completion across organizational lines
Required qualifications
8-10+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, with at least 5 years in managerial roles related to Strategy, Operations, or Program Management
Proven experience in designing organizational operating rhythms and communication architectures
Exceptional skills in creating impactful presentations and narratives for diverse audiences
Experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments with a focus on influence without authority
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
