About the role

Crossroads Church is seeking a Campus Worship Leader (unlicensed)/ Pastor (licensed) to lead worship and help grow campus ministry. The role combines musical excellence with spiritual leadership and team development, working with campus and central staff.

The position includes: 40 hours/week with 12–15 hours weekly for broader campus ministry and operations. Proficiency in Planning Center, Ableton, and worship tech is highly valued.
