The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex operational, financial, workforce, clinical, and growth data into actionable business insights that drive organizational performance. This role is pivotal in identifying and addressing critical business questions, such as emerging risks, opportunities, and the actions needed to achieve desired outcomes. The VP will lead the development of predictive models, executive dashboards, and performance reporting frameworks, with a strong focus on understanding the business and equipping leaders with the information necessary for informed decision-making. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 20 years' of progressive leadership experience in business analytics, strategy, or related disciplines. A proven track record of supporting executive teams with strategic insights, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in business intelligence and visualization tools are essential. The role also requires a strong background in enterprise analytics, predictive analytics, and workforce planning. A Master's degree and experience in healthcare or related industries are preferred.
