What You’ll Do:
Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
Provide hands‑on ADL support when needed
Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
Support onboarding and mentor new team members
Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
Strong communication, delegation, and decision‑making skills
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care

Pay Range:
15.20 - 19.05
