About the role

For our client, we are seeking a VP of Integrated Supply Chain Residential HVAC to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This executive will lead integrated supply chain strategy and operational execution for a residential HVAC business, with responsibility for aligning plant performance, customer service, and enterprise priorities. The role will partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, maintenance, EHS, and business unit stakeholders to improve productivity, quality, delivery, and cost performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep manufacturing leadership experience, a strong continuous improvement mindset, and the financial acumen needed to drive multi-site operational strategy.
Location: Davidson, NC – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $274,312 — $358,312 annually
Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to leadership teams to drive operational effectiveness. Provide oversight for key functions to ensure alignment with plant goals. Guide EHS programs to improve quality and customer satisfaction. Support maintenance and engineering improvements to optimize productivity. Respond proactively to customer satisfaction issues related to delivery and schedules. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean methodologies. Direct financial planning and operational strategy for multi-site operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline required; MBA preferred. 15 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations leadership, ideally as a plant manager of a medium- to large-scale plant. Proven leadership experience in a Fortune 500 environment, with emphasis on talent development and strategic capability. Ability to align manufacturing strategies with business unit, regional, and enterprise goals. Strong technical problem-solving skills that connect tactical solutions to broader objectives. Experience leading large operational teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong financial acumen related to investment planning and operational budgets.
