- Learn to perform basic wireless/radio testing
- Set up and operate laboratory test equipment
- Follow established test plans and procedures
- Process samples and prepare equipment for testing
- Build and modify basic test setups
- Record, review and interpret test results
- Enter and analyze laboratory data
- Prepare charts, graphs and test reports
- Review results with senior laboratory staff and engineers
- Read basic schematics, wiring diagrams and technical instructions
- Maintain an organized, safe and secure laboratory environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, Telecommunications, Engineering Technology, or another relevant scientific/technical discipline
- Exposure to RF, radio frequency, wireless communications, radio testing, antennas, electronics or related laboratory work
- Academic lab/project experience can count
- Comfortable working with laboratory equipment and computer systems
- Ability to read technical instructions, schematics and/or wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Willing and able to work onsite in Morrisville five days per week
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
