About the role
Job TitleLocation: Dallas, Fort Worth, TX areaPosition SummaryPrimarily responsible for promoting and selling entire mix of Polyglass products in his/her territory while developing relationships with distribution, consultants, contractors, and architects. In addition to meeting a monthly budgeted sales plan, the TSR will assist with helping forecast trends and acquire competitive information.ResponsibilitiesPrimary responsibility is to actively prospect new distributors, contractors and specifiers.Responsible to attend joint sales calls with the RSL as well as lead individual sales calls to develop the business.Maintains existing sales and grow additional sales at current customer base under the direction of the RSL.Meets the assigned sales budget for the district.Attends regular sales and strategy events with key distribution partners.Explores project leads / opportunities that are in an assigned geographical sales district.Reports product problems, competitive activities, and new sales opportunities at existing accounts in sales district.Facilitates presentations to architects, specifiers, distributors, etc.Conducts timely and effective reports.Effectively plans and organizes work to get efficient and effective results.Manages projects and achieves desired results efficiently and on time.Analyzes data and prepares reports.Performs other duties as required.RequirementsBachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or the equivalent preferred.Minimum of two - five years of industry experience as a sales representative or any equivalent combination of related training and experience is required.Ability to travel a minimum of 25%, or as business needs requireValid drivers license
