About the role

Chick-fil-A, Inc. packaging and design team is seeking a Design Services Lead to champion design thinking and manage packaging development across brands. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners, prototype concepts, and drive timely delivery while aligning with brand language and usability. The role requires 4+ years in industrial design and experience with design tools and research. Travel about 20% is expected.
