You will use professional psychology knowledge to help improve AI systems across Marathi and English. The work combines case-study analysis, content evaluation, bilingual interpretation, ethical review, and clear documentation.
Analyze psychological case studies, documentation, and assessments, then provide feedback grounded in professional expertise.
Create Marathi and English scenarios and materials for data enrichment and AI model training.
Review AI-generated content for accuracy, ethical concerns, cultural sensitivity, and psychological quality.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments so their meaning and nuance remain consistent in Marathi and English.
Document evaluation methods and findings clearly to support transparency and reproducibility.
Work with contributors from different disciplines to address varied user needs and provide a well-rounded psychological perspective.
What It Pays and Takes
This is remote freelance contractor work. The listing is marked entry level, but the role requires advanced academic and professional psychology qualifications.
Pay: $100-$200 per hour.
Time: 20 or more hours per week.

Languages:
Native or near-native Marathi and English, including complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Education: PhD in Psychology.
Experience:
Both clinical and academic psychology experience, plus experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Skills:
Strong analysis and critical thinking, ethical decision-making, clear written and verbal communication, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability in multicultural settings.
Tools:
Familiarity with digital tools for remote collaboration and systematic documentation.
Helpful background: Clinical practice, academic psychology, bilingual psychological communication, or culturally responsive assessment. Previous AI experience is not required.
