If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Lead and manage full project lifecycle for architectural projects, from schematic design through construction administrationServe as primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project goals align with client vision and expectationsCoordinate and collaborate with internal design teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholdersDevelop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryOversee preparation and review of construction documents, permits, and regulatory submissionsIdentify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep projects on trackMentor junior project staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and professional growthRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field7+ years of experience in architectural project managementLicensure as a Registered Architect (AIA membership a plus) preferredProven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneouslyStrong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes in FloridaProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Deltek or ProcoreExceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive under deadline pressureAbout Us:Modis Architects LLC is a Miami-based architectural firm with a reputation for innovative design and meticulous project execution across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
