What You'll Do: • Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts. • Lead and coach a recruiting team. • Hire and train new team members, and train using Hiring Hub University • Visit client job sites and build relationships with hiring managers. • Partner with executive leadership to grow the Albuquerque market. • Use AI and technology to improve efficiency and customer service. • Serve as a working manager who leads by example. We're Looking for Someone Who• Has Light Industrial staffing experience. • Has managed or coached recruiters. • Enjoys business development. • Builds trust with clients and employees. • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Takes ownership and embraces accountability.

Qualifications: • 3+ years of Light Industrial staffing experience. • 2+ years of Leadership experience. • Business development and sales experience. • Experience with ATS/CRM systems. • Valid driver's license.
