Our Family Advisors are at the heart of that journey, serving as trusted partners who listen, understand each family's unique needs, and help them confidently find the right senior living and care options. This is a work-from-home opportunity.  A Day in the Life: Caring Family AdvisorHigh-Volume Communication: Spend your day on the phone handling 100-150 inbound and outbound calls, guiding seniors and their families through emotionally charged and critical care decisions.Structured Consultative Process: Navigate a fast-paced, structured daily workflow using active listening and established discovery frameworks to uncover needs, manage pipelines, and match families with appropriate care options.Result-Driven Balance: Seamlessly juggle continuous phone engagement, real-time CRM updates, and post-referral follow-ups to consistently meet performance metrics in an independent work-from-home environment.Ideal Family Advisors will have strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, a comfort level in following communication guidelines on the phone, and the ability to thrive in an environment that is closely structured. They possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with previous experience meeting goals in a metric-driven environment, preferably via telephone sales, and the ability to handle emotionally charged calls effectively. Required Skills and Competencies:2+ years of documented sales success in a quota- or metric-driven environment.Experience with high call volume (100-150 calls per day) is preferred.Advisors must have a designated, private home office space during working hours, with a daily schedule free from distractions and interruptions.A high-speed, hard-wired internet connection.High computer literacy, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to navigate a multi-window workstation with ease using proficient keyboarding skills.Familiarity with navigating a CRM is preferred, including prior HubSpot experience.MacOS proficiency is not required but is strongly encouraged.Ability to manage a softphone.Industry Knowledge and/or history of senior care industry experience is preferred.Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus. What we offer:Competitive base wage of $22 per hour and uncapped performance-based bonuses with $5,000 to $7,500 in commission in just the first 3 months.Competitive benefits package.Paid time off and holidays.Paid training and all computer equipment needed for the position are provided.All marketing and new volume is managed by the company – no cold calling required.Schedule Opportunities: Family Advisors typically work either 8-hour, or 10-hour shifts scheduled Mondays through Fridays. Shift availability can vary and will be discussed during the hiring process.
