In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems-including wiring, fixtures, panels, and services-as well as mentoring apprentices on-site. If you're a skilled professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well independently or with a team, and has a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to determine material and labor requirementsInstall, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systemsCommunicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendorsTrain and oversee apprentices on best practices and code compliance Qualifications: Journeyman-level experience (5+ years preferred) Valid Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to operate lifts, trenchers, and other small equipmentPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy equipment/materials Solid math and measurement skillsProfessional appearance and positive, respectful attitudeOSHA certification is a plus
