About the role
If you're working in consulting and feel like you're spending more time building slides than solving client problems, this could be worth a look.
I'm working with a growing boutique strategy consultancy that's expanding its Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice and is looking to hire several Associates. The firm advises leading corporates, investors and high-growth businesses on growth strategy, market entry, commercial due diligence and strategic transformation projects.
What makes this opportunity stand out is the level of responsibility given to Associates. Rather than being buried several layers below the client, you'll work directly with senior stakeholders, lead meaningful workstreams and have a visible impact on project outcomes from day one.
This could be a great move if you're currently:
Frustrated by slow promotion cycles and limited progression opportunities
Finding yourself too far removed from clients and commercial decision-making
Looking for broader project exposure beyond a single niche or industry vertical
Wanting more ownership and responsibility without waiting years for it
Interested in building deeper expertise within technology, media and telecoms
Tired of excessive travel and attracted to a more sustainable consulting model.
The team is looking for consultants with roughly 3-4 years' experience who can:
Structure and solve complex business problems
Build robust quantitative and qualitative analyses
Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
In return, you'll gain exposure to high-profile strategic work, significant client interaction, strong mentorship and a clear route for career progression within a growing firm.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
