About the role

American Exchange Group is seeking an Apparel Technical Fit Designer / Fit Technician to lead fit sessions and ensure precise garment balance across junior, missy, and sleepwear lines. The role blends hands-on technical work with collaboration across design and production in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has sharp technical eye, strong fit expertise, and can work onsite Monday-Thursday with Friday remote in our New York area office.
