About the role
Chervon North America, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager – Software Engineering to lead the NA software organization responsible for customer-facing digital products including EGO Fleet and EGO Connect.
The role builds a cross-functional team spanning web, mobile, backend, and DevOps, and aligns NA development with the Nanjing IoT platform. The leader will establish architectures, standards, testing, and deployment practices, drive scalable product delivery, and manage external partners as needed.
