Job Description: Packaging Technician / Operator2nd Shift Open Only:3:00pm – 1:00am, Monday – Thursday
What You'll Do: As a Packaging Technician, you'll operate packaging equipment and help ensure products are packaged safely, accurately, and according to quality standards. You'll perform quality checks, maintain a clean work environment, and troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly. As you grow your skills and complete training requirements, you'll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4–6 months through our Proficiency Program. Daily Responsibilities Run and monitor packaging equipment Perform quality checks and identify product defects Troubleshoot minor machine issues Follow all SOP and cGMP requirements Keep your workspace, equipment, and materials clean and sanitary Complete production and quality documentation accurately Pack, label, stack, and prepare finished products Use tools such as pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools Report safety, quality, or operational concerns right away Wear required PPE at all times What You NeedHigh school diploma or GED preferred Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team A reliable work ethic and team-first mindset
