About the role
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and leading delivery of complex HRIS solutions across reporting, configuration, and data processes. This role serves as a technical and functional leader, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Operations, and Technology to ensure HR systems are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign scalable HRIS solutions across modules (reporting, onboarding, compensation, workflows, integrations). Translate business requirements into system configurations and reporting structures with evaluation of impacts across payroll, compliance, and integrations. Build dashboards and advanced reporting for HR leadership and business partners, performing trend analysis across retention, compensation, and workforce metrics. Ensure data accuracy through audits and reconciliation.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve systems. Partner with internal and external teams on system integrations and enhancements. Lead mid-sized HRIS initiatives and enhancements, owning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. Support roadmap planning and prioritization. Support integration of employee populations for mergers and acquisitions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and support audit readiness.Mentor HRIS Analyst roles, providing guidance and quality review of work. Qualifications 5+ years of HR/HRIS experience. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Vantage, Dayforce). Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience with multi-national, multi-state and union environments. Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.Supervisory Responsibilities:No Work Environment Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment. Exposure to computer screens.
