DutiesPlan and direct the health record management operations for all eligible patient populations within the medical facility.Exercise a full range of supervisory responsibilities, including managing personnel, evaluating performance, and handling staffing.Ensure medical records are completed and maintained in compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and Defense Health Agency requirements.Manages the secure storage, accountability, and proper retirement or transfer of Service Treatment Records.Analyzes medical record data and reports on trends to support quality management and decision-making for leadership.
