About the role

Our client, a leading global digital sports platform, is looking for a temporary Recruiter to join their team in Sunnyvale, Texas. This role starts asap and will last for about 6 months, with potential to extend.
Location: Sunnyvale, Texas
Hours: 8am - 5pm*Fully onsite Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and operations roles (production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, skilled trades).Partner with site leaders to align on headcount, shifts, ramp timelines, and workforce needs. Execute high-volume hiring strategies for production demands, seasonal ramps, and expansions. Source candidates via workforce agencies, trade schools, referrals, job fairs, and community partnerships. Screen for shift flexibility, reliability, physical requirements, and safety mindset. Manage candidates from application to start date with speed and accuracy. Track recruiting data and metrics to support workforce planning and improvement. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and internal policies.
Requirements: 4-5 years of recruiting experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems Strong organization; manages high-volume workflows High attention to detail with employee data Proactive follow-up to meet deadlines Comfortable across systems and cross-functional teams Strong written and verbal communication Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Please submit your resume in Word format for immediate consideration You can use www.workgrades.com to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose.
