Key Responsibilities: Manage daily on-site operations for drywall and framing projectsCoordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material deliveriesEnsure adherence to project schedules, safety standards, and quality expectationsWork closely with project managers and estimators to resolve field issuesReview blueprints, track progress, and maintain job documentationLead toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance at all timesWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of field leadership experience incommercial drywall or framingStrong blueprint reading and layout skillsProven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractorsOSHA 30 certification preferredExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsLocal or regional candidates strongly preferredCompensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + project bonusesCompany vehicle allowance, fuel card, and phoneHealth insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offProjects primarily located in theSavannah metro areaInterested in learning more?
