Product Analytics & Decision Science LeadLocation: San Francisco, CALong Term ContractJob Description:7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Ecommerce Analytics, Decision Science, Advanced Analytics, or a related fieldStrong retail ecommerce experience and a deep understanding of digital customer journeysAdvanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large-scale clickstream or event-level datasetsExperience designing, evaluating, and interpreting website experimentsStrong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation, incrementality, and causal measurementAbility to independently frame ambiguous business questions and develop rigorous analytical approachesExperience translating complex analysis into clear business recommendationsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skillsExperience with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or a comparable digital analytics platformNice to have: Experience with Python or R for analysisExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar analytical data platformsFamiliarity with advanced measurement methodologies such as synthetic controls, matched markets, difference-in-differences, propensity-based matching, or time-series intervention analysisExperience with retail merchandising, pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory, or margin analyticsExperience working with large-scale customer journey and clickstream datasetsFamiliarity with variance-reduction methods and advanced experimentation techniquesExperience supporting personalization, recommendations, search, or digital product optimization
