About the role
- Receive and inspect incoming medical devices
- Assist with cleaning and decontamination procedures
- Perform basic repair and assembly work with training and guidance
- Use hand tools and basic power tools for disassembly and reassembly
- Prepare completed equipment for packaging and shipment
- Follow established safety, quality, and work procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- This is an entry-level position, so we're more interested in your attitude and willingness to learn than a long list of previous experience.
- High school diploma or GEDDependable and reliable work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Comfortable using small hand tools and basic power tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new technical skills
- Clean, organized medical device repair environmentPPE such as gloves and masks required
- Hands-on work involving medical equipment
- Ability to safely lift and handle equipment as needed
