Ninety-nine-bed community-based hospital with an employed physician model is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist for a position in Northern Illinois. The organization currently employs about 68 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. In addition to the hospital and Main Clinic, they offer 12 additional satellite facilities in the surrounding service areas. The organization is currently seeking an anesthesiologist for bread-and-butter cases no neuro/no hearts, general anesthesia and extensive use of blocks. The current staff includes eight CRNAs and one anesthesiologists. The location offers the best of both worlds the earning potential and comfortable work/life balance of a small town but with the amenities of downtown Chicago just two hours away.
