Distribution ClerkOur client is a leading provider of onsite and virtual assistance for conventions, trade shows and conferences across North America. We are seeking friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team for an upcoming convention.

Job Responsibilities: Staff the convention help desk - Distribute poster orders - Help attendees locate posters - Answer general questions from guests about the event schedule, speakers or venue layout

Skills Required: Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure - Friendly demeanor - Previous customer service experience preferred Dress code: Neat appearance and business casual clothing such as nice slacks, buttoned shirts, comfortable dress shoes.
