Flow is seeking a senior corporate paralegal to own the organizational structure and entity compliance for a fast-growing startup. You will manage entity lifecycles across a portfolio of U.S. entities, handle KYC/UBO diligence, and support corporate approvals with a hands-on, proactive approach. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate paralegal roles, strong governance knowledge, and the ability to drive multiple time-sensitive workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
