Substitute Administrative Assistant Position Summary: We are seeking dependable, customer-service-oriented individuals to serve as Substitute Administrative Assistants on an as-needed basis. This hourly position provides administrative support by covering divisional offices when regular staff members are absent. Essential Responsibilities: Greet and assist students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors. Answer and direct phone calls and emails. Provide general office support, including filing, copying, and data entry. Assist with routine administrative tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. Help ensure the office operates smoothly during staff absences. This is an as-needed, hourly position. Qualifications: Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to different office environments. Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service.
