About the role

Job Title Job Responsibilities: Follow the running of each race with respect to the running order of the horses, and enter this order of horses, as it changes during the race, on a keyboard to display the correct numbers on the infield information board, as well as the television graphics. Enter the correct number of minutes until the start of each race on a keyboard to display this information on the trackside indicators in an effort to assist the drivers. Time each race with a manual stopwatch. Provides exceptional customer service. Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests. Follows all relevant policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Environment: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.

Qualifications: Education: High School or better.
Experience: Must possess high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed Must be able to successfully pass a background check Licensed by the Delaware Harness Racing Commission (DHRC) Must be able to speak, read and write English.
