Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior professional experience as a paraprofessional or ABA aide within a school setting
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of ABA principles
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive educational environment
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow teacher or specialist direction
- Flexibility, patience, and a positive approach to challenges
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent behavioral and instructional support to assigned students
- Reinforce learning and assist with classroom management in collaboration with teachers
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with the school team
- Implement individualized behavioral interventions and modifications as needed
- Support personal care or academic needs as assigned
