About the role
Focused on ensuring operational excellence, the full-time Senior Trader Onboarding Operational Readiness Analyst will execute quality assurance governance, monitor SLA performance, and develop scalable frameworks for compliance while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily audits and track SLA performance across IDV, Sanctions, and CIP cases
Establish operational readiness infrastructure and QA scoring models for KYC and EDD processes
Serve as the primary liaison to the Compliance organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory mandates
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, operational readiness, or compliance testing within fintech or financial institutions
Deep familiarity with IDV, CIP, and Sanctions workflows, along with knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks
Experience in designing and operationalizing new procedures and training programs
Ability to translate complex compliance policies into clear operational procedures
Strong analytical skills for conducting error analysis and optimizing processes
