Marketing Specialist, Online Growth Corvus Coffee Roasters | Denver, CO | Full-time, on-site About Corvus Corvus Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company in Denver, Colorado. We roast coffee, run cafes, supply wholesale partners, and bake through our sister brand, The Fox and The Raven. We buy much of our coffee through long-term relationships with producers, and we tell their stories on every bag, email, and page we publish. The Role:
Online is one of our fastest-growing channels, and this role helps build it. You will own the work that turns website visitors into subscribers and repeat customers: site strategy, email marketing, and hands-on website development and optimization. As the team grows, the role extends into retail and wholesale marketing, so the online playbook you build carries into our cafes and partner accounts. You will report to our Marketing + eCommerce Manager and work closely with our Graphic + Web Designer. This is a ground-floor seat on a team with a clear growth plan and a path toward a senior role.
What You'll Do:
Website Strategy & Optimization Own conversion rate and average order value as primary KPIsFind where customers drop off in the purchase journey and test fixes Improve product pages, bundles, upsells, and checkout across Corvus and The Fox and The Raven Plan site structure and content around subscriptions, coffee launches, and education Website Development Build and update pages, sections, and features in Shopify Handle theme edits, apps, and integrations, including subscription tools like Recharge Keep product launches and promotions live, accurate, and on schedule Email & Lifecycle Marketing Build, launch, and optimize Klaviyo flows: welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and subscription Plan and write campaigns for coffee launches, reserve drops, and seasonal promotions Segment the list and run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, content, and offers Grow the list through on-site forms, paid social, giveaways, and in-store sign-ups Retail & Wholesale Marketing (growing over time)Carry online campaigns into our cafes through signage, QR sign-ups, and in-store promotions Support new store openings with launch marketing Build materials that help our wholesale team bring on and support partner accounts Reporting Run a weekly and monthly reporting cadence from Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics Turn the numbers into clear, prioritized recommendations for the team What You Bring 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or email marketing Hands-on Klaviyo experience Shopify experience, including theme customization (HTML, CSS, and Liquid a plus)A working understanding of conversion rate optimization and web analytics Strong writing, with the ability to hold a consistent brand voice across two brands An analytical mindset that turns data into action Organization and follow-through across many projects at once Humility, hunger, and empathy
