You will lead the lifestyle and engagement teams, coach Activity Directors, audit programs, and translate resident engagement into measurable performance data. This strategic, hands-on leader will develop standardized training, tools, and KPIs, partner with regional leadership, and ensure engaging activities across communities with LifeLoop and social media integration.
