Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Account Manager to join our team full-time at our on-site location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing new business, building and managing a robust book of business, and ensuring exceptional customer service through effective communication and account management. Key Responsibilities:Build a Book of BusinessEstablish and expand a portfolio of client accounts through targeted outreach and relationship-building strategies. Develop New Business OpportunitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue. Manage and Nurture Customer AccountsMaintain and enhance customer relationships by providing personalized and proactive account management. Maintain Effective Communication ChannelsEnsure clear, consistent, and responsive communication with customers to address their needs and concerns. Ensure Excellent Customer Account ManagementDeliver exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications:Proven Logistics Sales ExperienceDemonstrated success in sales within a third-party logistics Freight brokerage. Passion for Sales and Strong Problem-Solving SkillsEnthusiastic about sales with the ability to think critically and solve challenges effectively. Excellent Communication and Customer Service SkillsStrong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to Develop New Business and Build Strong Customer RelationshipsProven capability to create new business opportunities and foster lasting relationships with customers. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a TeamSelf-motivated and able to work autonomously, yet also a collaborative team player. Bachelor's Degree Preferred but Not RequiredHigher education is an advantage, but not essential. Experience in the Logistics Industry is a PlusFamiliarity with logistics or related industries is beneficial. Proficiency in Software Skills and a Willingness to LearnCompetence with various software tools and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
