About the role

St. Luke’s CARES program in Twin Falls is expanding our multidisciplinary team, and we’re looking for an Advanced Practice Provider who is passionate about caring for children and families during their most vulnerable moments. In this role, you’ll work closely with children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or exposure to violence, providing trauma‑informed medical evaluations and helping connect families with the support they need. You’ll collaborate with a wide network of community partners, contribute to prevention and education efforts, and occasionally provide testimony in court proceedings. Our CARES team is known for its strong collegial culture and its commitment to delivering developmentally appropriate, child‑centered care. What You Can ExpectTwo dedicated clinic days each week within our Monday–Thursday clinic schedule. Approximately 10 days of call per month. Travel to Boise for comprehensive onboarding and training during your first 3–6 months. Preference for candidates with pediatric experience. Why Providers Choose St. Luke’s More than sixty specialties converge here, including Idaho’s only Children’s Hospital. Our Advanced Practice Providers benefit from modern operating suites, advanced technology, and integrated support through technology – enabling them to spend more time on meaningful patient care and less on administrative burdens. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
