Financial Analyst III or II | Make an Impact with Anglicotech!
We seek a full-time Financial Analyst (Level II/III – mid) who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. This person will be expected to deliver expert knowledge and actionable recommendations to support measurable progress toward the Navy’s Fiscal Year 26 goal to downgrade the OM&S Ordnance Material Weakness. You will provide broad skills and experience across the following domains: Federal Audit, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), DoD Financial Management Regulation, Navy End-to-end inventory business processes and systems, internal controls, finance transformation, and change management.

This position is hybrid in Whidbey Island (Seattle), WA
Responsibilities:
Support for Fleet implementation, execution, and sustainment of the OM&S Ordnance MRC program and audit campaign plan.
Support for existence and completeness baseline efforts
Provide training and operational control support, assist with inputting results into the Measure of Performance (MOP) dashboard, and conduct root cause/trend analysis over testing exceptions.
Maintain communication with Fleet and Naval Munitions Center (NMC) headquarters to monitor progress and consistency across locations.
Provide site visit support for maintaining site visit schedules, pre-visit preparations, physical inventory control training, auditor response, and support remediation of real-time issues during site visits.
Communication skills are necessary. The individual will lead quarterly touchpoints with NCR Management Review Control (MRC) team for strategic alignment and consistency in delivery
Security Clearance:
Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret (interim required to start)
Salary Range:
Financial Analyst (Level II): $85,500 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
Financial Analyst (Level III): $110,000 - $127,000 (depending on experience)
Education and Experience:
Minimum Years of Experience (Level II): Three (3) years of progressive, relevant DoD experience
Minimum Years of Experience (Level III): Six (6) years of experience leading financial management services and related projects
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management-related field from an accredited institution
Minimum Certification: One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM .
Preferred Additional Skills:
An understanding of DoD Acquisition Process, and equipment/ammunition life cycle support functions
Audit background preferred
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot systems problems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
