About the role

Penbrothers is seeking a Customer Service Manager for a full-time, 100% remote role based in the Philippines. The position reports to the Operations Manager and requires work hours in PHT and BST with flexibility for UK/US coverage. The base salary starts at $2,000 per month, with a standard probationary period. You will build and run an AI-first customer service function that automates repetitive interactions while maintaining high CSAT.
