Real Estate Sales Specialist
We are looking for a motivated real estate agent who wants to learn the fundamentals of sales, client communication, and lead generation while building a long-term real estate business. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and taking consistent action to create opportunities in real estate.
You will learn how to connect with prospective clients, build relationships, follow up effectively, and guide buyers and sellers through important real estate decisions. Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and in person
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Schedule appointments and assist with client consultations
Learn and implement lead generation and prospecting strategies
Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems
Assist clients throughout the real estate process from initial contact through closing
Participate in training, coaching, and skill development activities
Build and maintain professional relationships within the community
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
