About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of functional experience in Oracle Retail/Retek. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, translate them into Oracle Retail solutions, and support system implementations and enhancements that improve business processes and operational efficiency. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to gather requirements, design functional solutions, conduct testing, and provide ongoing system support.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Retail/Retek functional solutions. Gather, document, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes and systems. Design and recommend Oracle Retail solutions aligned with business needs and objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Develop functional requirements, process documentation, workflows, and solution specifications. Support configuration and implementation of Oracle Retail solutions. Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues and system defects. Support data validation, business process analysis, and system integration activities. Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users. Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and system performance.

Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Retail Business Systems Analyst or Oracle Retail Functional Consultant. Expert-level Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional experience. Strong experience gathering and translating business requirements into Oracle Retail solutions. Strong understanding of Oracle Retail business processes and functional architecture. Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams. Strong experience with functional testing, validation, defect resolution, and UAT. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred / Additional Skills Oracle Cloud Retail Price Management Oracle Cloud Retail Merchandising Oracle Cloud Retail Invoice Matching Oracle Retail/Retek functional implementations and enhancements. Experience with Oracle Cloud Retail applications and integrations. Business process analysis and optimization. Functional specification and solution design. End-user training and production support
