About the role

Working remotely or in a flexible office environment, the full-time Partner Delivery Advisor will serve as a trusted delivery expert and strategic advisor within Salesforce's partner ecosystem, focusing on implementation guidance, risk mitigation, and AI strategy to ensure successful outcomes for partner-led customer engagements. Key responsibilities Provide implementation and technical advisory during key phases of partner-led engagements, assessing project deliverables and identifying risks Lead strategic solutioning for Agentforce and AI-powered implementations, guiding partners through organizational readiness and change management Act as an advocate for partner delivery teams, facilitating access to resources and addressing their challenges within Salesforce's ecosystem Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management, preferably with Salesforce or similar enterprise SaaS applications Demonstrated experience with AI or LLM-based technologies, including Agentforce or equivalent platforms Working technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Core CRM and APIs, with the ability to assess architectural approaches Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risks across complex enterprise implementations Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with experience managing executive-level relationships in a strategic advisory capacity
