Technical Content Specialist We are working with a government client that is in need of Technical Content Specialist, this individual will partner closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, trainers, and project teams to ensure a smooth adoption of the new platform...
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive user guides, training manuals, process documentation, and standard operating procedures for new software-related workflows. Create step-by-step "how-to" guides with screenshots, process maps, and supporting visuals. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, IT teams, and subject matter experts to gather requirements and document system processes. Translate complex system functionality and business processes into clear, concise, audience-appropriate documentation.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, or training materials. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Share Point, and documentation management tools.
Employment Type: Contract (10+months to start), 40 hrs/week
