About the role
To streamline operations, the contract-to-hire RevOps Automation Engineer will automate data collection, maintain CRM hygiene, and build reports and dashboards while working remotely and supporting various teams with AI-native tools.
Key responsibilities:
Automate attorney and law-firm data collection and cleanup, enhancing Patexia data with Claude skills
Maintain clean HubSpot data by de-duplicating and refreshing stale records
Build dashboards and reports for different departments while monitoring analytics and conducting technical SEO audits
Required qualifications:
Experience with AI-native tools and automation, particularly using LLMs
Proven ability to identify and eliminate manual processes
Familiarity with data management, CRM systems, and analytics
Basic scripting skills for automation tasks
Strong analytical skills for monitoring web traffic and SEO performance
