Your role and responsibilities As an Associate Business Specialist (Talent) at IBM, you'll help organizations transform how they attract, develop, manage, and empower their workforce through technology‑enabled business solutions. No two projects are exactly alike—you could support clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, and more. Work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants,HR transformation consultants, workforce strategy professionals, and technology specialiststo solve real business challenges. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, ISor a related field.
