About the role

Synchrony is seeking an AVP-level Analytics leader focused on Home Specialty, Flooring, HI, and HVAC markets. You will provide strategic insights, drive P&L performance, and guide portfolio optimization for dealer relationships and cross-sell opportunities. You will partner with Marketing, Credit, and Sales to deliver data-driven recommendations, build forecasts, and create actionable dashboards. Travel up to 20%+ may be required, and a strong background in analytics and leadership is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
