Role:
Director, SI&S Community Impact & Patient Reach at Novartis, leading strategies to improve health outcomes for underrepresented populations through data-driven insights and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement models to expand reach

build enterprise tools and frameworks for impact measurement

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare, or related field
10+ years in public health, social impact, or health equity
deep understanding of health disparities, social determinants, and patient access barriers
proven experience with data analysis, strategy development, and scaling community programs
Preferred:
advanced degree (e.g., MPH, MBA, PhD)
experience with multi-stakeholder coalitions
impact evaluation
health ecosystems
