The expected pay range for this position is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As a Managing Consultant in Workday HCM, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive HCM solutions across Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Processes. This role requires strong functional expertise across the Workday HCM suite, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective will manage client relationships, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure successful implementations that drive operational efficiency and business alignment. In addition to delivering high-quality solutions, you will coach and develop junior consultants, contribute to best practices, and support clients through change management and system adoption. Your leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of Workday HCM will enable clients to fully leverage their technology investment. Responsibilities:Lead and deliver high-impact Workday HCM implementations and optimization projects, with hands-on involvement in system configuration and solution design. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, driving solution strategy and aligning Workday capabilities with business goals. Mentor and lead teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring excellence in delivery, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Own project scope, budget, and timelines, managing risks and ensuring successful outcomes across multiple workstreams. Provide strategic guidance on Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process configuration, with a focus on usability, scalability, and compliance. Troubleshoot complex system issues and integration points, identifying root causes and delivering long-term, sustainable solutions. Support business development efforts, including pre-sales solutioning, client presentations, and proposal development. Requirements:7+ years of experience in HCM technology consulting or enterprise systems, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience. Demonstrated success managing large-scale Workday implementations, including client leadership, solution ownership, and delivery oversight. Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM Core, Compensation, and Business Process Framework, with configuration leadership across full project lifecycles. Strong leadership, client engagement, and team management skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master's a plus).
