What You’ll Do: Manage plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track Develop and manage project schedules, manpower, and production goals Review drawings, specs, and submittals to ensure accurate installation Track budgets, job costs, and forecasts; identify and address variances early Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Lead project meetings and communicate updates with clients and internal teams Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to code What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of plumbing or MEP construction project management leadership experience Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation methods, and jobsite coordination Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Preferred: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain)Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
