Responsibilities:
Safely transport customer and dealership vehicles.
Respond to roadside assistance and vehicle recovery calls.
Deliver vehicles between dealership locations, customers, auctions, and repair facilities.
Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.
Provide professional, friendly customer service.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the tow truck.
Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations.
Assist with dealership vehicle movement and lot organization as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous tow truck driving experience preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate a flatbed or wheel-lift tow truck.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
