About the role

Thea Energy in Kearny, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead the development, validation and scale‑up of advanced HTS magnet manufacturing processes and tooling. You will act as a senior technical contributor, partnering with Magnet Engineering to drive manufacturability and improvements from prototype to production. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong experience with electro‑mechanical assemblies, and a background in PLM/MRP/ERP systems.
